Facilitating transformative art coaching initiatives focused on empowering participants, building psychological resilience, and fostering personal responsibility through two interconnected project phases and diverse community outreach.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

  • Phase I – ESC Initiative (07/2024 – 07/2025): Planned, designed, and implemented a comprehensive youth initiative funded by the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). Collaborated with external experts in career guidance, psychology, and sociotherapy to deliver holistic support.

  • Phase II – OZ Pampúch (08/2025 – Present): Scaling the project across the local community by facilitating tailored art-coaching sessions in family centers to support mothers on maternity leave, and collaborating with Narnia Primary School in Levice to address children's emotional needs and psychological well-being.

  • Resilience & Safe Space: Creating structured, supportive environments that integrate non-verbal creative tools to help clients process stress, build emotional regulation, and navigate key life transitions.

  • Mental Well-Being & Methodologies: Introduced young adults, children, and their parents to Art Coaching and Mindfulness techniques, creating structured and safe environments for personal growth.

  • Project Leadership & Management (Both Phases): Planned, designed, and implemented the entire project framework across both phases. Coordinated cross-sectoral collaborations with external experts in career guidance, psychology, and sociotherapy.

Co-created and facilitated experiential learning activities for preschool children at "Úľ" (The Hive) Day Club, focusing on early childhood development through nature-based and non-formal educational methods.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

  • Developmental Activities: Designed and delivered age-appropriate educational, sensory, and creative activities for children under 6 years to support their motor, emotional, and social development.

  • Early Childhood Pedagogy: Applied non-formal education and nature-inspired methodologies to encourage curiosity, environmental awareness, and self-expression in a safe, interactive setting.

  • Group Facilitation & Care: Managed daily routines, outdoor activities, and group dynamics while ensuring a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment for young learners.
